Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

•           Provide specialised nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns.

•           Monitor vital signs, assess clinical conditions, and respond promptly to changes in patient status.

•           Administer medications and implement care plans in line with clinical guidelines.

•           Work collaboratively with neonatologists, paediatricians, and the wider MDT.

•           Support parents and families by offering guidance, education, and emotional support.

•           Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and patient records.

•           Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and neonatal care policies at all times.

Requirements:

•           NMC Registered Nurse.

•           Minimum 6 months of experience in NICU.

•           Strong clinical skills within Level 2 or Level 3 neonatal settings.

•           Competent in neonatal resuscitation and emergency management.

•           Right to work in the UK.

•           Up-to-date clinical training (e.g., BLS, NLS).
